Our Shepherd's Hut has featured in The Sunday Times, 'Top 50 Coolest Cottages in the British Isles', and in Spring 2012, we built 2 'Eco Huts' on our lower paddock. They are similar to our Shepherd's Hut, with a wood burning stove, solar power and you will also be able to watch the heavens, from the comfort of your bed, through the special roof 'Sky Dome' we have designed.

There is a great BBQ, and firepit for you to enjoy. Lincolnshire charcoal available at just 1 per box, enough for the small barrel barbecues, and extra firewood at 4 per bag. Buy 5 bags and get an extra 1 free.
We have just finished building our Wood Fired Pizza Oven, and it is available for all our guests to use. We even have our own KMF Pizza Dough available for just 1, enough for a 12" pizza, (gluten free dough also available). All you need is to buy some wood fuel, available here (composite or softwood is not suitable and dangerous), and, of course, your passata and toppings!

We also now have 'Dorothy', our self contained vintage classic caravan sleeping 2-4 people.

We have installed an outside, wood and solar heated double ended antique bath and shower! What larks! Bathe with a friend under the stars!
The beautiful bath and shower are in our 18th century ruin, in the old milking parlour, completely secluded and private, yet beneath the open skies. A fantastic expeience to bathe in water heated by the sun. There are also excellent dedicated facilities in the big house as well as our outside and convenient composting toilet, the 'Kompost Khazi', eco friendly and portable on it's pallet.

We accept cash or cheque as payment, we cannot accept credit cards, unless you pay by 'Paypal' prior to arrival. This method attracts a 4% surcharge. Please let us know if you wish to pay by Paypal.

Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 3pm, and should vacate on the day of departure by 11am.

For every booking received, 1 goes towards the conservation of local woodlands

If you would like to dine out locally, we would recommend the following restaurants, The Sebastopol Inn at Minting is now closed. The Advocate Arms at Market Rasen; www.advocatearms.co.uk. The Kings Head in the beautiful village of Tealby, www.thekingsheadtealby.co.uk also serves excellent food.

For a very special treat, and surprisingly affordable, for anyone drawn to 'Surprise Tasting Menus', Michael Bullamore at 14. Upgate, Louth is excellent and not to be missed! They have a great deal on Wednesday evening.

There are also 3 pubs serving food in nearby Wragby; The Ivy, Adam and Eve, which has a great Indian restaurant with a take away service too, and The Turners Arms has good Pie and Pud nights and the fish and chip shop is always popular, serving Grimsby landed fish.

Of course, Lincoln has a vast array of places to eat, both at lunchtime and in the evening. They range from some great independents, as well as the usual chains. Take a look at www.visitlincolnshire.com or www.tripadvisor.co.uk for ideas, ask us for advice, or just explore!
As well as Lincoln, Horncastle has some good places to eat.

Guests have free access to our wireless internet, in the house.
